What we do
KAMRIT's investment advisory practice helps promoters, HNIs, and corporate treasuries deploy capital with a clear-eyed view of risk, after-tax return, and disclosure obligations.
We work across:
- Strategic asset allocation for personal balance sheets and corporate surpluses.
- Direct equity and mutual fund portfolio construction, with periodic rebalancing.
- Fixed income including government securities, corporate bonds, and debt funds, chosen for duration and credit fit.
- Alternatives such as AIFs, PMS, REITs, and InvITs, assessed for suitability rather than availability.
- Treasury policy and short-term parking for operating companies.
How we engage
Most clients start with a one-time portfolio review. We map your full balance sheet, current allocations, and tax footprint, then propose a target allocation with the trades to get there. From there you can stay on a quarterly review retainer or take the recommendations to your existing distributor.
Why this sits inside KAMRIT
A standalone investment advisor optimises return. We optimise after-tax, after-compliance return, because the same partners review your audit, GST, and TDS positions. That alignment matters most on PMS gains, AIF distributions, capital gains harvesting, and inter-company loans.
